Why Campaign?

The Saving Teeth Awareness Campaign has been launched by the Harley Street Centre for Endodontics to provide information to patients who think they might have an infection which could result in tooth loss.

The recent Adult Dental Health Survey shows that 30% of all adults are extremely anxious about having a tooth drilled. When you feel anxious it’s not easy to make choices yet with modern techniques, root canal therapy can be painless.

Patients need to know:

• An infected tooth left untreated will result in bone loss.
• Root canal treatment can ensure the survival of your teeth.
• If a tooth can be saved, it is the best choice.
